Have been using Reach.io for a while now. Recently had recordings made for the choice menus etc. inexpensive and super quick to arrange. If you want to dial a number, and don't want to use a landline, Rinkel is an excellent choice. In any case, we will remain customers for some time to come. DT Homeshopping/Heylampie.nl

Switched from a standard VOIP provider to Reach. Very friendly staff who even take the trouble to send an answer to a question during the weekend. Rinkel offers enough setting options to optimally serve your customers. It makes a landline completely unnecessary. The range website is also clear and concise. In conclusion, I am very glad I switched.

I find range easy to install and use or customize. The explanation with upload for sound recording could be clearer.
