How much does a phone number cost?

Your first virtual number is always included in your subscription. After that, you pay € 5 a month for each additional phone number on top of your subscription fee.

Do I pay for incoming calls as well?

Yes, we charge for all calls. With Rinkel Essential, this is € 0.06 per minute (rounded off per second). With Rinkel Professional and Rinkel Expert you pay no extra charge, but incoming calls do count towards your fair-use limit.

Do you charge a connection fee?

Nope, we don’t charge a connection fee.

Is there an administration fee when I take out a subscription?

Nope, we don’t charge administration costs. In other words: no nasty surprises!

Can I try Rinkel for free?

No, but if you are not satisfied within 30 days, you'll simply get your money back.
