Do you use an iPhone for business purposes? Then the easiest way to import your contacts is via Apple's iCloud. Often your contacts are already synchronised with iCloud. Don’t have your contacts synchronised? Find out how to do it in this Apple article.

Once your contacts are synchronised with iCloud, you can start exporting and importing them. First, start by creating an export of your contacts from iCloud.

Exporting

  1. On your computer or laptop, go to www.icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID.

  2. Click on 'Contacts' in the top row. This will take you to a screen with all your contacts in iCloud.

  3. Go to the cogwheel on the bottom left.

  4. Click on 'Select all'

  5. Click the cogwheel again and select 'Export vCard'

  6. You have now downloaded a .vcf file containing all your contacts. The file is often named after your first contact in your list.

Importing

  1. You downloaded the .vcf file in step 5 of the exporting from iCloud.

  2. Go to the Rinkel Webphone

  3. Click on the square icon on the top left, next to the cogwheel

  4. Click on 'iCloud (Apple users)'

  5. Drag or select the .vcf file you exported from iCloud

  6. Click on the green 'import file' button

  7. If the import is successful, you will see a black bar at the bottom that says 'Import contacts is complete'
