How do I set up my business voicemail for call forwarding in the My Rinkel app?
In the My Rinkel app, go to "Settings" and then to "Forwarding".
Click on “No answer” and select "Send caller to voicemail".
Choose the recording you want to play before the caller is forwarded to voicemail.
Click on “Save”.
How do I manage the corresponding email notifications in the My Rinkel app?
In the My Rinkel app, go to “Settings”
Select “Other settings” and click “Voicemail”
Tick (or untick) which notifications you want to receive when a new voicemail arrives
