How do I record my own sound clips?

You can use sound clips for your custom greeting, business hours, voice menu, queue and voicemail.
You can record these sound clips yourself, upload them (wav/mp3) or have them recorded professionally by one of our voice artists.
Record a sound clip

Enter your unique pin code (displayed on your screen)
Browse through the selection menu
Record your message and stay on the page
After recording, click Next
Give the recording a name
Your sound clip is ready in your My Rinkel account!
Upload an existing sound clip (wav/mp3)
If you have had a sound clip professionally recorded, or if you have made a recording yourself from your computer, you can upload it directly to the portal.
We accept MP3 and WAV files and the files are immediately available after uploading!
