How do I manage my recorded calls in the My Rinkel app (iPhone)?

Call recording is set up for each virtual number. Meaning you can also choose not to record calls for a particular virtual number.

How do I set up call recording?

To use the call recording function on your iPhone, you need our My Rinkel app.

1. Open the app

2. Go to Settings on the left

3. Choose call recording

4. Read the terms and conditions

5. Accept the terms and conditions

6. Switch call recording to green

Set a voice message for your caller under “Greeting” (optional)

How do I listen to, delete or download my recorded calls?

1. Open the app

2. Go to “Call history” at the bottom

3. Click on the call

4. Under “Actions”, click “Play call recording”

Downloading or deleting calls is only available in My Rinkel on desktop.
