We offer different payment methods:
Paid too much?
The excess amount will automatically be credited to your account. We will offset your next invoice against your outstanding credit. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after payment before the amount is visible in your account.
Don't want to worry about your invoices any more? Then choose SEPA Direct Debit. We will then automatically debit the invoice amount from your account 14 days after receipt of your invoice.
Authorisation
You have to grant us authorisation before we are allowed to debit your account automatically. Manage this easily under Account in My Rinkel. Click on Invoicing and Change payment method.
Wrong amount debited?
Have you received a debit that you do not agree with? You have 8 weeks to reverse the payment (from your own bank).
Of course, you can also pay the amount via bank transfer. Don't forget to include your invoice number in the description!
Retrieving invoices:
It’s easy to manage and view your latest invoices in My Rinkel. Go to Billing>Account to access your overview of paid and outstanding invoices.
Prefer to manage and pay your invoices yourself? Then choose an invoice with a payment term of 14 days. You have the possibility to pay your invoice via iDEAL, credit card or Mr. Cash (Belgium).
At Rinkel, you can pay by adding credit to your account, in other words, by prepaid. You pay an amount into your account in advance and we will then offset your invoice against this amount.
Add credit to my account
We explain how to add credit and manage your invoices on the "Add credit to my account". You can add from as little as €5 credit.
I don’t have enough credit in my account to pay my bill, what now?
If we are unable to deduct the full amount from your credit balance, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount.
Can I withdraw the credit I’ve added?
Unfortunately, you can’t withdraw credit once you’ve added it.
