During the trial period, you will receive a random test number from your selected region. This number is directly reachable via the mobile number you provided when you started the trial period. However, it is not possible to carry the test number over to a paid subscription.
If you switch to a paid subscription after the trial period, you can choose a new number (regional or international) or transfer an existing number to us.
No, you cannot link your Rinkel landline number with WhatsApp Business during your trial period. This is of course possible as soon as you take out a paid subscription.
During your trial you can test My Rinkel for 21 days or 60 minutes of incoming calls. You will receive a Rinkel Expert subscription with three users. That means you can invite your colleagues and try out all the features.
You cannot link WhatsApp Business or make calls with your landline number.
You cannot add a foreign number to the forwarding list, only Spanish numbers. This is of course totally possible when you upgrade to any paid suscription, so long as your country is in the list of 50 destinations we support.
As soon as the 21 days are over or your 60 minutes have been used, your trial period will automatically end.
When you log in to My Rinkel, you will see a very large "Upgrade now" button at the top left.
